Decree 524/2025 regulates the procedure. On October 2, 2026, Minister of Economy Luis Caputo and Chief of Cabinet Diego Santilli announced the amounts in Paris and said the program will receive applications during the fourth quarter of 2026. ## Cost for the main applicant You choose one of two options. - **Contribution.** USD 350,000 paid directly to the National Treasury. Non-refundable. - **Bond.** USD 800,000 subscribed to a government bond created for the program. Infobae reported it as a zero-interest bond. IMI Daily reported a term of seven years. The official statement gives neither detail. ## Cost for family members The spouse and children of the main applicant can apply if they prove the family relationship and pay the contribution for their category. The government says due diligence will follow OECD and FATF recommendations, and that it is advised by a group of international investment migration firms. The checks cover identity, the traceability and lawful origin of funds, assets and finances, jurisdictional risk, criminal and reputational records, and immigration history. The agency then sends a recommendation to the National Directorate of Migration, which approves or rejects each application.
